Went to the Doctor today and well she told me all the things I know have to do to get myself back on track. And my weight is at 330 lbs…..I know I know it is high but I really thought it was well around 400 so to me I am on a good track. I am back on my regular eating and I am suppose to lose 15 lbs in 1 mth no problem I know I can – now off to find a gym or somewhere to sweat keep your
