Hello everyone (waving!) I am back and feeling really good today. I worked out at the gym last night and took the 30/20/10 class and I feel so good today. But boy that class can take a lot out of you…..but in a good way. Just the first 30 mins is like you never stop which is actually how it is LOL!.Taking a few days off was a great idea I feel recharged and refocused something I really needed.
