Yesterday I got a call from one of my dearest friends she was really upset and wanted to tell me something. She has Parkinson’s disease (an advance case). Today at work we are signing up for the Wellness program and I am happy to say that I have maintained my new weight loss (holding at 269 lbs) and I am so excited. Well I finally did it – I took the Cardiobox class last night and let me just say it was AWESOME! I don’t know why I let this class scare me! Michael of course teaches this class and he is great – he talks you through every step and makes sure that everyone in the class gets out of it what they need. Hello everyone (waving!) I am back and feeling really good today. I worked out at the gym last night and took the 30/20/10 class and I feel so good today. But boy that class can take a lot out of you…..but in a good way.
